Wine & Cheese Train

The $30 fare includes First-Class accommodations on the Parlor Car and complimentary wine, cheese and crackers. Beer, mixed drinks, premium wines, non-alcoholic hot and cold beverages are also available for purchase.

Wine Tasting

July 18 and August 15, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

On two dates only, Strasburg Rail Road is hosting a special Twinbrook Winery wine tasting on board the train. Relax and enjoy five wine selections, a presentation by a wine educator, and a 45-minute train ride.

  • Boarding begins at 6:30 p.m.
  • The train departs at 7:00 p.m.
  • The cost is $50 per person.
  • There are 30 seats available for each event.
  • Tickets can be purchased online for either July 18 or August 15
  • Advanced tickets purchases are highly recommended.

ATTENTION: People riding aboard the First-Class Parlor Car on designated Wine & Cheese Trains must be 21 years or older. Photo ID is required to board the Car.

Beer, Wine & Spirits Aboard the Train

Beer, wine and spirits may be purchased while riding aboard the First-Class Parlor Car, Lounge Car, and Dining Car at any time the train is in motion. Photo ID is required when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
