Parties of fifteen (15) or more paying guests are eligible to receive a 20% discount on Regular Train retail tickets.

2024 Group Policies
Please be aware and familiar with the following information:
- The standard train ride is 45 minutes, round trip. Trains depart promptly on time.
- Group reservations must be made at least seven (7) days in advance.
- Parties of fifteen (15) or more are eligible for group discounted tickets (when applicable).
- Strasburg Rail Road can accommodate groups of up to 400 guests at one time.
- Group rate discount does not apply to (e.g. or First Class accommodations.
- A $100 (or $150 for Dining Car reservations) deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a later or different booking.
- Strasburg Rail Road accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and business/corporate checks.
- Reservations must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days before the arrival date.
- Strasburg Rail Road is happy to accommodate guests with mobility issues. However, due to the historic nature of our equipment, some restrictions may apply.
- Questions about your group booking may be directed to the Station Department at SRRTrain@strasburgrailroad.com or Groups@strasburgrailroad.com.
- Please be aware of our 2024 dates during which bus parking and group drop-off locations may be slightly altered than the normal routine:
